Centre Authorises States to Notify Orders Under Essential Commodities Act Without Its Concurrence - 08.04.2020

Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs has authorized the States/ Union Territories to notify orders under the Essential Commodities Act, 1955, by relaxing the requirement of prior concurrence of the Central Government, up to 30th June, 2020.
