SC Says Vehicle Overloading Cant be Sole Ground to Deny Insurance - 11.01.2016

SC has ruled that overloading of vehicle cannot be sole ground for insurance company to reject claims for damages caused to vehicle in a road accident and quashed National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission's order.
