Gujarat HC: Foreign Nationals in Violation of Visa Norms to be Dealt with 'Firm Hand' - 06.04.2020

Gujarat High Court has observed that the Central Government should deal with the violators of Visa laws with a "firm hand", in the backdrop of Tablighi Jamaat meeting in Delhi leading to several COVID-19 infections.
