SC Takes Suo Moto Case for Guidelines on Court Functioning via Video Conferencing - 06.04.2020

Supreme Court has taken up a suo moto case on the guidelines for the functioning of Courts via video conferencing during the COVID-19 lockdown. The Court will consider the matter titled "In Re Guidelines For Court Functioning Through Video Conferencing During COVID-19 Pandemic" on 7th April, 2020.
