SC to Trial Court: Prevent Court-Hunting Tactics Adopted by Accused in Serious Crimes - 11.01.2016

Supreme Court, in order to prevent court-hunting tactics being adopted by the accused in serious crimes, has said trial courts should not allow the accused persons to hunt for the court of their choice.
