Madras HC Issues Notices on Plea for Constitution of High Powered Committee - 06.04.2020

Madras High Court has issued notice to the State Government on a Writ Petition seeking immediate constitution of a High Powered Committee, to determine the class of prisoners that can be released on interim bail, amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
