Madras HC Directs State to File Report on Action Taken by Police Against Lockdown Violators - 06.04.2020

Madras High Court has asked the State Government to file a report on lockdown violations and the action taken by the Police against such violators, within 4 weeks. The Court has authorized the State administration to adopt "safety measures" to prevent people from unnecessarily venturing outside.
