Supreme Court Acquits Ballistic Expert of Perjury Charge, in Jessica Lall Murder Case - 11.01.2016

SC has junked perjury proceedings initiated against a ballistic expert in Jessica Lall murder case by Delhi High Court in 2013 saying it was unjust to attribute any motive to him for changing his original stand.
