SC Dismisses Appeal of Convict Against Conviction in Rash Driving Case - 02.04.2020

Supreme Court has dismissed Vismay Amitbhai Shah’s Appeal against his conviction and sentence for causing the death of two students while rashly driving his BMW car in Ahmedabad in 2013.
