AP HC Directs Opening of Hospital Attached Under SARFAESI for COVID-19 Treatment - 01.04.2020

Andhra Pradesh High Court has directed the opening up of a private hospital, which was attached under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act), for treatment of COVID-19 patients.
