Delhi HC Blocks Site from Infringing Trademark of “Naukri.com ” - 11.01.2016

Delhi HC has stopped a website and its owners from using word 'naukri' as a trade name, trading style or in any manner that is likely to confuse people into believing that it is linked with the job portal naukri.com.
