Madhya Pradesh HC Defers Judicial Transfers Notified on March 19 and 20 - 30.03.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has deferred all orders relating to inter-district transfer of judicial officers in the State. The Court has directed that the Judicial transfers notified by it on 19th and 20th March, 2020 will be kept in abeyance and thus, judicial officers under transfer will not move until further orders.
