Delhi HC Directs Release of Funds to Corporations - 08.01.2016

Delhi High Court has issued directions for funds to be released to municipal bodies as per recommendations of Third Finance Commission of Delhi. The court also asked the Lieutenant-Governor and the Delhi Government to constitute the Fifth Finance Commission within eight weeks.
