SEBI Relaxes AGM Rules for Top 100 Listed Companies - 27.03.2020

Securities and Exchange Board of India has relaxed Annual General Meeting (AGM) rules for the top 100 listed companies and allowed an extra month till 30th September, 2020 to hold their annual general meetings for the fiscal year 2019-20, ending on 31st March, 2020.
