Kerala HC Directs Police to Make No Arrests Except Where it is Inevitable - 26.03.2020

Kerala High Court has directed that the Police should not make arrests, except where it is inevitable. The Court has also said that the Police will be at liberty to act in respect of heinous and serious offences.
