Madras HC Sets Aside Compensation of Rs 86 Lakhs Awarded in Motor Vehicles Claim - 25.03.2020

Madras High Court has set aside a motor accident award of Rs 86 Lakhs and remanded the matter back to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal (Special Subordinate Court), Coimbatore, directing it to consider and appreciate the oral and documentary evidence from both sides afresh and award compensation, preferably within 6 months.
