Calcutta HC Initiates Contempt Against Lawyer Who Cursed Judge with COVID-19 Infection - 25.03.2020

Calcutta High Court has initiated criminal contempt proceedings against a lawyer, Advocate Bijoy Adhikary, for cursing the judge to contract Corona Virus because he refused to grant him his request of an urgent hearing in a matter.
