Finance Ministry Raises Threshold for Triggering Insolvency - 24.03.2020

Finance Ministry has announced special relief packages for companies under the Companies Act, 2013 and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by raising the existing threshold of Rs 1 Lakh for triggering insolvency to Rs 1 Crore.
