Delhi HC: 'Dummy' Appeal Filed Without Award Copy is Non-Est; Cannot Extend Limitation - 23.03.2020

Delhi High Court has held that filing of 'dummy' appeals under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 without the copy of the impugned award is non-est filings and therefore cannot be treated as filed within the limitation period.
