Himachal Pradesh HC: Elected Representatives Cannot Have Right to Claim Posting of Employee - 20.03.2020

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that elected representatives cannot have a right to claim that a particular employee is posted at a particular station and that the choice is to be made by the administrative head and not by the legislators.
