Kerala HC Stays Recovery Steps in Tax, SARFAESI Matters till April 6 - 20.03.2020

Kerala High Court has passed a general order staying all coercive steps for recovery in Income Tax, Value Added Tax/Goods and Services Tax, Building Tax, Motor Vehicle Tax, land revenue, Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest (SARFAESI) matters till 6th April, 2020.
