Sufficient grounds for withdrawal of suit

Petitioner seeking to withdraw suit because issue is to be decided in another pending petition constitutes 'sufficient grounds'. The Court noted that hearings had not commenced and no interim relief had been granted to the Petitioners. Adding that the Union of India suffered no prejudice, the Court allowed the Petitioner's application to withdraw.
