Delhi High Court Sets Aside Mukesh’s Plea as Frivolous - 19.03.2020

Delhi High Court has refused the plea of Mukesh Singh, one of the four death-row convicts in the Nirbhaya case, terming the plea frivolous and stating that there were no grounds to interfere in the detailed and reasoned order of the Trial Court.
