President of India Approves Vivad Se Vishwas Bill, 2020 - 19.03.2020

President of India, Ram Nath Kovind has given his assent to the Direct Tax Vivad se Vishwas Bill, 2020, which was introduced with the intent to reduce the direct tax litigation pending before various Courts/Appellate Forums.
