SC: Appointment Secured on Basis of Fraudulent Caste Certificate is Void Ab Initio - 16.03.2020

Supreme Court has observed that an appointment secured based on a fraudulent caste certificate is void ab initio and Government Resolutions and Circulars cannot protect such appointees.
