SC Asks Nabam Rebia to Establish Plea’s Maintainability - 08.01.2016

SC has asked Nabam Rebia, who was allegedly removed by rebel Congress and BJP MLAs from the post of Assembly Speaker in Arunachal Pradesh, to establish maintainability of his plea questioning an administrative order issued by the acting Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court.
