Delhi HC Sets Aside order Asking SC to Share Information on Reserved Verdicts - 08.01.2016

Delhi HC, while setting aside order of its single judge bench, has held that Central Information Commission (CIC) cannot direct any public authority to record information in a particular manner as requested by an RTI applicant.
