ITAT, Delhi: No Income Tax on Compensation Received on Compulsory Acquisition of Agricultural Land - 12.03.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Delhi has held that income tax cannot be levied on the compensation or enhanced compensation received on compulsory acquisition of the agricultural land.
