ITAT, Pune: Addition for Unexplained Cash Credit Can’t be Merely on Suspicion - 12.03.2020

Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), Pune has held that additions for unexplained cash credits under Section 68 of the Income Tax Act, 1961 cannot be invoked only on the basis of mere suspicion.
