SC Dismisses Center’s Appeal Against 2012 Judgment by Punjab and Haryana HC - 08.01.2016

SC has shot down yet another attempt by Centre to deny differently-abled three per cent reservation in promotional posts and dismissed an appeal filed by government against a 2012 judgment by Punjab and Haryana High Court and questioned the rationale behind challenging order belatedly.
