Delhi HC: Non-Executive Directors of Company Immune from Cheque Dishonor Proceedings - 11.03.2020

Delhi High Court has held that the non-executive directors of a company are exempted from the cheque dishonour proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881.
