NCLT, Chennai Approves Cochin Shipyard's Resolution Plan to Acquire TSL - 11.03.2020

National Company Law Tribunal, Chennai has accepted the resolution plan filed by public sector company, Cochin Shipyard Limited to acquire Chennai-based shipbuilding firm, Tebma Shipyards Limited (TSL) under the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
