Bombay High Court Comes Hard Over Drink and Drive - 08.01.2016

Bombay HC, while ordering Central and State Governments to adopt zero tolerance policy over cases of drink-driving, has stressed that mere presence of alcohol in driver’s blood should be sufficient to disentitle an individual from driving or immediate suspension of licence.
