CBDT: Direct Tax Case Pending in Arbitration Without Appeal Eligible Under Vivad se Vishwas Scheme - 06.03.2020

Central Board of Direct Taxes has clarified that if the direct tax case is pending in arbitration without appeal pending, it is eligible to apply under Vivad se Vishwas Scheme.
