NCLT Allows Government to Reopen CG Power’s Accounts for 5 Fiscals - 06.03.2020

National Company Law Tribunal has allowed the corporate affairs ministry to reopen the books of CG Power for the last 5 financial years so that it could probe the alleged fraud at the equipment manufacturer.
