Calcutta High Court Directs Centre Not to Deport Polish Student - 06.03.2020

Calcutta High Court has directed the Centre not to deport Polish student, Kamil Siedcynski till 18th March, 2020 when it will decide whether his Petition against the ‘Leave India’ notice issued is sustainable.
