Madras High Court: Section 6 of MGNREGA Not Unconstitutional - 05.03.2020

Madras High Court has held that Section 6 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act (MGNREGA), 2005 is not violative of Articles 14, 16 and 23 of the Constitution of India, 1949.
