National Company Law Appellate Tribunal Dismisses Pleas of Deloitte, BSR - 05.03.2020

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has dismissed the pleas of auditors of debt-rid Buyback Tax Caseden Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS), Deloitte Haskins & Sells and KPMG arm, BSR & Associates along with independent directors challenging their impleadment in the case of alleged fraud at a group firm IL&FS Financial Service Limited.
