Supreme Court Puts Onus on Cognizant in Buyback Tax Case - 05.03.2020

Supreme Court has said that the Income Tax Department’s communication dated 22nd March, 2018 may be treated as a show-cause notice and the Cognizant is entitled to respond within 10 days.
