Delhi HC Dismisses Plea Challenging Government's Compensation Scheme for Victims of Delhi Riots - 04.03.2020

Delhi High Court has refused to intervene in a plea challenging the compensation announced by the Delhi Government for the victims of Delhi Riots. The Court has further held that granting compensation is a policy decision and the Court would be very slow in interfering with the same.
