Madras HC: Benefit Under MEIS Can’t be Denied on Ground of Inadvertent Omission - 04.03.2020

Madras High Court has held that benefit under the Merchandise Exports from India Scheme (MEIS) notified under the Foreign Trade Policy cannot be denied on an inadvertent omission to select ‘Yes’.
