National Company Law Tribunal Clears NBCC Offer for Jaypee Infratech - 04.03.2020

National Company Law Tribunal has approved NBCC’s offer to take over Jaypee Infratech, which has to deliver apartments, plots and villas to nearly 21,000 homebuyers.
