Kerala HC: Judicial Officer Aged Above 58.5 Years Not Eligible for Elevation as HC Judge - 03.03.2020

Kerala High Court has held that for elevation to the Higher judiciary, a Judicial Officer should not be more than 58.5 years of age, as on the date of occurrence of a vacancy.
