Competition Commission of India Dismisses Unfair Practices Complaint Against Eastern Railway - 03.03.2020

Competition Commission of India has dismissed a complaint of unfair business practices made against Eastern Railway by Abhiraj Associates Pvt. Ltd., noting that Eastern Railway does not have any discretion in allotment of rakes as it is governed by a bilateral agreement between the Governments of India and Bangladesh.
