Andhra Pradesh High Court Scraps Government’s 59.85% Quota for SC/STs in Local Bodies - 03.03.2020

Andhra Pradesh High Court has scrapped the State Government order providing 59.85% reservations in seats in local bodies for Scheduled Castes. Scheduled Tribes and Backward Class Communities, directing the Government to set fix reservations not more than 50% within a month.
