Delhi High Court Imposes Cost on JNU for Lack of Assistance in a Case - 02.03.2020

Delhi High Court has imposed costs of Rs 75,000 to be paid by the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) Administration for its "complete lack of assistance" in a Writ Petition concerning the admission of one Nishant Khatri, to the M.Sc. PhD integrated programme.
