Delhi HC Seeks Govt.'s Reply On Fixing Upper Age Limit For Admissions - 07.01.2016

Delhi HC has sought response of Delhi Govt. on a three-year old child's plea challenging its order fixing an upper age limit for admission to entry-level classes in private unaided schools with maximum age for nursery being set at four years.
