Madhya Pradesh HC Issues Notices to Government Seeking Implementation Status of JJ Act - 28.02.2020

Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued notices to the Centre and State Government on a plea filed against alleged violation of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 in the State and disclosure of a juvenile's identity to the media.
