SEBI Imposes a Penalty of Rs 5 Crore on Mehul Chokshi in PNB Fraud - 28.02.2020

Securities and Exchange Board of India has slapped a penalty of Rs. 5 Crore on Gitanjali Gems Ltd. and its promoter, Mehul Chokshi for non- disclosures concerning the Punjab National Bank fraud.
