Kerala HC Dismisses Challenge Against Compulsory Retirement of Judicial Officer - 26.02.2020

Kerala High Court has dismissed a Writ Petition challenging an order of compulsory retirement of a judicial officer, observing that there is no scope of interference in disciplinary action against officer in judicial service if there is sufficient evidence for showing unsatisfactory conduct.
